Do you allow pencil bookings?
To ensure fairness and efficiency, Casa Grande Flora does not allow pencil bookings. Instead, a 20,000 PHP reservation fee is required to secure your desired date exclusively.
Once paid, your booking is confirmed, allowing you to plan your event confidently.
Do you charge corkage for outside suppliers?
Should you decide to proceed with an outside caterer for your event, please feel free to do so without any additional charges. We are committed to accommodating your preferences and ensuring that your event at Casa Grande Flora is tailored to your needs.

Do you allow refunds or cancellations?
Please note that all payments made to Casa Grande Flora are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of force majeure. This policy ensures the smooth operation of our services and allows us to maintain our commitment to all our guests.

Do you allow Catholic weddings in the private chapel?
At Casa Grande Flora, we strive to make your wedding day as special and meaningful as possible. Please note that our private chapel is not accredited by the local diocese to hold Roman Catholic wedding rites. However, we recommend couples to have a simple, intimate wedding rite conducted in your local parish beforehand. On your wedding day here, you can opt for a renewal of vows or blessing of your marriage, where you may also exchange personal vows in front of your dearest family and friends.
For couples open to alternatives, we can refer you to a priest from the North American Old Roman Catholic Church, recognized by the Philippine government, to officiate your marriage ceremony.

You are welcome to schedule an ocular visit at Casa Grande Flora every day from 8am to 5pm. However, to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and attention during your visit, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.

CGF would forever have a special place in our hearts. When we first saw Casa Grande Flora on Facebook, we admired it for its beauty, charm, and lightness. We booked it right away after only a virtual tour. But as we had our physical ocular visit shortly after, it was confirmed that we made the right decision. What really sold us is the fact that the entire wedding day is going to be held in one place, and sure enough, all of our guests and suppliers appreciated that there's no travel in between ceremony and reception, that it was spacious, and that the staff are very kind. We had the place to ourselves making our wedding all the more intimate and special. Sir Paul and Ma’am Grace were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our queries. Special thanks to Ate Lerma for assisting us and being so very kind and considerate about our concerns and requests. The intimate wedding package is honestly a great deal. Food tasted even better during the wedding reception compared to the food tasting. All catering staff were especially helpful and polite. 5 out 5 highly recommended!

A dreamy landscaped "all in one" venue for intimate wedding.
We will be always be thankful that we found this hidden gem venue for our intimate wedding last May 10, 2022. Although this venue had been our 3rd choice, but when we saw the pics in their fb account, google reviews, and eventually went for ocular visit, we immediately fell in love with the place.
Pros:
Management: very kind and accommodating to all our needs, from the online inquiry, ocular visit, discussion of contract, prenup shoot, food tasting, day before the wedding as we started to stay there and most especially during the wedding day itself. Kudos to owners Paul and Grace, and Ms. Lerma for being nice to us.
Rate: very reasonable rate for the ALL IN ONE venue (preparation, ceremony, and reception), catering and reception styling services.
Venue itself: Chapel- The unique simple and serene Chapel with its garden is very memorable visual not only to us but also to our guests. Though it was not having that grand church like interior but it has everything that you need for a solemn wedding.
Accommodation- The preparation house is well planned and very homey especially for the bride's floor directly accessible to the church.
Reception- The reception hall is naturally ventilated, of adequate size and well planned to be just few steps down (passing wide walkway with topiary or to a moderately sloped ramp) so the guests doesn't need to travel far after the ceremony. And having everything walkable, we didn't need a bridal car. The food and styling is very good as well.
Prenup location: The gardens, pool, lawn, mini creek, and pine trees area are awesome locations for a summer themed photo shoot that we had.
Cons:
Road to location: Be sure to give your guests the waze or google map link since the venue is not visible from the main road and the minor road towards the venue can be muddy rough road if it rained (luckily we had a sunny weather during our wedding).
But all in all, we would rate 11/10 for the smooth, hassle-free, and beautiful flow of our wedding.
